Since 1994, Thomas Murray has been protecting our clients and their communities from all kinds of risk, and helping to create strong, resilient organisations. Many of our people take this spirit home with them, from coaching sports teams to lending a hand at community centres and assisting with beach clean-ups.
To mark 30 years of serving some of the world’s most complex industries and to recognise the contributions of our people, Thomas Murray’s teams in London, Bogotá, and beyond are proud to formally launch our community engagement programme: Creating Community Networks. Our employees will take volunteering days throughout the year to support the organisations that support us and our communities.

Launching in November, Thomas Murray will be partnering with London’s not-for-profit social enterprise initiative, Works4U and a similar organisation in Colombia, HandsOn supporting local charities and introducing the first of our volunteering days with: Tackling Hunger in the Community, where our efforts will include collecting donations from local shops, sorting and displaying donations and learning about the work of the charity.
Other programmes we will support include Support a Pony Centre, Create a Community Hub Garden, Create an Engaging Outdoor Early Years Space, amongst many more.
